This is a rain or shine event on Saturday, August 15th, 2009 from 11am to 5pm on West 4th Avenue, Kitsilano. Registered cars are to check in between 9am & 10am at Maple Street from the north side of 4th Avenue.  Details will be outlined in your confirmation package, mailed in early August. There is a $15 entry fee for this show.  Please make cheque payable to Kitsilano 4th Avenue Business Association and mail to the address below to confirm your pre-registration. You will be eligible to win one of 3 “People’s Choice Trophies”, and one of up to 25 “Class Trophies”.  Your name will be entered into a draw for merchant and sponsor provided prizes and you will receive a cool memento of the Summer of Love.
  
Waiver: in consideration of the monies presented and the signing of the entry form, the undersigned hereby releases the Kitsilano 4th Avenue Business Association, it promoters, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all unknown liabilities, claims, judgements, injuries, losses or damages which may occur during the event.  It is expected that the participants will observe all known and posted rules, regulations and laws, and it is understood that the Kitsilano 4th Avenue Business Association holds the right to restrict entrants for any reason.  Entrants should realize photographs and/or video film may be taken of their vehicles and/or their persons.
